Although my office is in Albuquerque, I represent clients throughout New Mexico, wherever the Court sits, including Farmington, Las Cruces, Roswell and Santa Fe.  As a dedicated bankruptcy law office, I am able to offer a higher level of service.  I work one on one with my clients and give each case my personal attention. Unlike a high-volume consumer bankruptcy firm, I am an experienced bankruptcy practitioner who handles many types of bankruptcy-related litigation involving back taxes, commercial property foreclosures, franchise defaults, and real estate matters related to bankruptcies.
